Alexander and his partner were very professional and courteous. They addressed the issue with my kitchen sink and also suggested the replacement of a one and 1/2 inch pipe with a 2 inch pipe to prevent problems in the future.

Our Process
How a Service Call Works From Start to Finish
Most plumbing emergencies feel overwhelming the first time they happen. Here is what to expect once you reach out to Freedom Plumbing and Construction.
-
Step 1: Call or Request an Estimate
You reach a real person at (336) 470-6257, describe the problem, and get a free phone estimate or an on-site visit scheduled around your day.
-
Step 2: Diagnosis and Camera Inspection
For stubborn clogs, sewer repair, or a leak you cannot pinpoint, we use plumbing camera inspections and leak detection tools to find the exact cause before we start digging.
-
Step 3: Upfront Plan and Pricing
Before any plumbing installation or repair begins, we walk you through the recommended fix, the timeline, and the cost, including financing options for larger projects.
-
Step 4: Repair, Cleanup, and Follow-Up
Our team completes the work, tests everything, cleans the work area, and checks back in to make sure the fix is holding.

Wayne and his crew are the best of the best! I had a crack in my bathtub that was only getting worse and I was starting to stress about it. They came and replaced the whole tub and it looks and works better than I ever could have imagined. They are super helpful and great at what they do. Very grateful for them!

This company was amazing, he was very informative and extremely nice. He was able to find the leak really quickly that others couldnt find and he also didnt mind putting our dryer duct back in place which he didnt have to do. I will definitely be using him again and referring him to everyone.
